Situated at the foot of Durbanville Hills Winery on Contermanskloof Road, is Atlas Gardens a 24-hour secure park with various top-class facilities. Since the early development stages of this park Atlas Gardens lay on the urban edge and a large percentage of the properties was still owned by the initial developers and a few owner occupiers. The park is very well run and maintained with good infrastructure, indigenous landscaping and high security aspects – 24-hour access controlled, CCTV cameras and full perimeter fencing.
Atlas Gardens is strategically situated on the perimeter of the urban edge towards the West Coast and Malmesbury with access through full on and off ramps onto the N7. Predominantly serving as an alternative to Killarney Gardens due to security as well as Montague Gardens, the park has however seen an increasing number of companies from Tygervalley and Durbanville locating here.
