The last phase of industrial land in Stikland will be available for sale in the next 12 months.
That must be the best news for the many ASSETPOINT clients who have been waiting for the launch of this prime and sought after piece of industrial real estate for the past 4 years. the approval process is currently with the provincial administration for rezoning and all indications are that the land will be available to the market in mid 2009.
This follows 12 months after the successful launch and sell out of the popular Brackengate Business Park across the road alongside the R 300 motorway.
The plots will range in size from 1000 - 2000 sqm and we expect the selling price to be in the region of R 1 500/sqm (ex VAT), which is in line with most other upmarket industrial areas in the Western Cape.
