CILMOR BUSINESS PARK
Cilmor Business Park on the eastern side of the R 300 motorway is slowly reaching maturity and will in all probability become available to the general market during 2012/2013. This was made possible by the 35 ha portion which Assetbridge Real Estate sold to Shoprite Properties in 2010 with the subdivision and transfer expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2012. The ROD in terms of the environmental impact assessment and the LUPO approval in terms of the town planning relating to this subdivision and the balance of the land (approximately 55 ha) has been issued in August 2011 with some minor adjustments currently attended to by the owners. Various companies are currently looking at the prospects of owning land in this region which ideally located for warehousing and distribution.
